What is the estimated transit/shipping time?
The estimated transit/shipping time is 6–13 days. We deliver Monday–Sunday. We currently ship within the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Austrailia. We offer FREE shipping on all orders!

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is 7–15 days, which includes both handling and transit.

Do I get a tracking number with my order?
Yes! Your post-purchase email includes your order tracking number and a link to our tracking tool. Simply copy the tracking number provided in the post-purchase email and paste it into the tracking tab. Once entered, your tracking information will be available to you. Who will deliver my order?
Depending on your delivery location, your order may be delivered by Royal Mail, Evri, USPS, UPS, or another available courier.

I've changed my mind. How can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before the order is shipped out, for a full refund. Simply email us at Support@DailyVitalityCo.com to cancel within the time period described above. My order arrived damaged or it's missing. What do I do?
If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will issue you a replacement or a complete refund. If you need to send it back to us, we will fully cover the shipping costs. If your order appears to be missing but your tracking information indicates it was delivered, we recommend contacting your local carrier to confirm delivery. I ordered several items, why did they arrive in multiple shipments?
We always make every effort to ship your order in a single shipment. However, there are occasions when we may need to split your order into multiple shipments. The most common reasons are product availability, items shipping directly from a supplier, or a large order requiring multiple shipments. Please note that when we divide an order into multiple shipments, you are not charged any additional cost.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?
In case you received the wrong item by mistake, we apologise. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can send you the correct product, along with a pre-paid shipping label so you can return the wrong item at no additional cost. When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged as soon as your order is submitted.

MISSING PACKAGES

DailyVitality are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
