Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you buy goods from us online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to cancel your order and obtain a full refund if you request one from the moment you place your order until 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods (or if your order contains a number of items that are delivered separately, from receipt of the last item).

When cancelling and order under these Regulations you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our cost of collection if the goods are ones which cannot normally be returned by post.

We will refund the cost of the goods once the items have been received by us. We may make a deduction from the amount refunded to you if the goods have been used, parts are missing or the goods or their packaging has been damaged.

Exclusions

This right does not apply to the following items, unless they are faulty, damaged, missing or otherwise not in accordance with specification.

    In addition, unless faulty, damaged, missing or otherwise not in accordance with specification, for health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items unless they are returned unused and in their original packaging:

    • Cushions
    • Mattress and bedding protectors
    • Duvets and duvet covers
    • Pillows and pillowcases
    • Throws & Blankets
    • Mattresses
    • Bedsheets
    • Toilet seats

    Your statutory rights in respect of faulty, damaged or missing items or goods which are not as described are not affected.

    At DailyVitalityCo®, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item under the conditions outlined below.

    If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return it back to us within 60 days of purchase date with our 60 days money back guarantee policy on the condition that the product is new, unused and in the same condition as received.

    Due to our strict infection control protocols and hygiene reasons, for the protection of our customers, all our products come sealed. Product(s) and original outer packaging must be new and unused, in sealed, undamaged packages, and in a resalable condition. Once this seal is broken and the package is opened, we can not accept returns unless the product is deemed faulty from manufacturing.

     

    Money-Back Guarantee

    In taking up this special offer, you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

    • Your request to return is submitted within 60 days of receiving your order.
    • You must provide (a copy of) a your order number.
    • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
    • Returned Product(s) must not be used, (physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return, original packaging, user manuals, Inserts and other printed documents.
    • You must provide us a photo of the item received to show it's new and intact.
    • Purchase is returned and received at the return address provided to you within 60 days upon receiving your order. Any (shipping) costs for the purchase or return will be incurred at the customer's expense. DailyVitalityCo® will not refund return shipping costs.
    • Any products damaged as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer, are not covered by this return policy.
    • DailyVitalityCo® reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy, or, in the event of policy abuse, exclude customers from its application.

    Money Back Guarantee Exclusions

    The following reasons are not applicable to the Money Back Guarantee offer;

    • Shipping delays. Please note that DailyVitalityCo® cannot be held responsible for shipment delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. Any pre-orders have the stock arrival date noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

    Return Shipping

    Shipping and handling costs are not included in returns and refunds. The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item that is not of our error. Store-credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

    Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. DailyVitalityCo® takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by DailyVitalityCo®.

    If a return shipping label is provided, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount as we do not offer free returns.



    Return Eligibility

    To qualify for a return:

    • The item must be in unused, new with no signs of wear.

    • The item must be returned in its original, sealed packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and labels included.

    • A return request must be made within 60 days of delivery.

     


    Return Process

    1. Contact our customer service team at Support@DailyVitalityCo.com to request a return.

    2. Clearly state the reason for return. Once submitted, the reason cannot be changed.

    3. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including a return authorization and the correct return address.

    4. Package the item securely in its original, sealed packaging.

    5. Ship the product to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

    6. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your return to be processed.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

    • Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.


     

    Returns Due to Customer Remorse

    We understand that mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake or don’t need any more so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you will bear the Actual cost of return shipping.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping.

    • We do not charge restocking fees.

    • Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


    Ineligible Return Reasons

    The following do not qualify for a return or refund:

    • The item has been used or is not in its original sealed condition.

    • You no longer want the item without a specific product-related issue.

    • Delivery was completed within the specified timeframe.

    • The item was refused or marked as Return to Sender.


    Return to Sender / Refused Deliveries

    If you refuse the package or it is tagged as Return to Sender (RTS), this action will incur a restocking fee and will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the items back from the courier at our warehouse. Please note that this can take up to four (4) weeks after your package is delivered to our warehouse to allow us time to receive, inspect, and verify your return and complete your refund.

    If, for any reason, you wish to reship your package, please contact our customer service team by sending an email to support@DailyVitalityCo.com. However, we want to inform you that reshipping the package will incur a re-shipping fee. The exact amount of this fee depends on your location.


    Order Cancellations

    Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. If the item has shipped, it will fall under our standard return policy. If an order is canceled due to unavailability, a full refund will be issued.

    DailyVitalityCo® Warehouse Returns

    Please note that DailyVitalityCo® is based in the United Kingdom. All returns must be sent back to our UK return address, which will be provided once your return request is approved.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Because we are based in the UK, please be aware that return shipping from outside the UK may be more expensive. We encourage customers to consider this before making a purchase.
